Any product, whether it be a cheap DVD player or an expensive thermal IP camera, is bound to experience some sort of issue during its service life. In fact, the longer you use the item, the more likely it is to start showing some signs of problem. This is why many manufacturers and distributors will often have a technical support or a customer support team on standby who are supposed to help you out with your concern regarding the product in question. Unfortunately, not all customer support systems are as reliable and helpful as others.
